My passion for fitness and nutrition, as well as the desire to nurture others, has led me a fulfilling health coaching and fitness training career.  I work with individuals who want to live a healthy lifestyle.  It's my mission to be their guide as they embark on this journey, and to provide them with the tools to achieve sustainable success.  

First and foremost, I’m a mom to my three sons:  Wyatt (13), Hunter (14), and Bobby Jr. (15)!  Through proper nutrition and exercise, I’m able to feel and BE the very best version of me for my family, which has led to my overall happiness.   

My fitness journey started when I was in college.   I decided I needed a change from eating on the go all the time and managing stress with unhealthy choices.  I lacked self confidence and was not happy with the way I looked and felt.  One day I decided to join a small neighborhood gym where I took a kickboxing class.  It was love at first punch!  From there on, my life gradually changed as I worked hard and learned to appreciate the ability of my body to respond to each physical challenge with continued improvement.  

Naturally, I also became very interested in nutrition and enrolled in an extensive Health Coaching course that exposed me to a variety of dietary theories.  The course not only focused on what to eat, but more importantly, WHY unhealthy eating habits occur and how to establish new healthy habits in their place.   

Over the years, I’ve continued practicing and instructing kickboxing, as well as strength training and different modes of aerobic conditioning, and what I have learned is that there will be ups and downs along the way.  The journey is never a straight line of upward progression, but with persistence, you can have the success you deserve.  

As a personal trainer and health coach, it’s my goal to inspire others to be the best version of themselves that they can be too.  You ARE more resilient and stronger than you think and I hope to help you discover that!
