PERSONALIZED & PRIVATE SESSIONS
We look at your unique weight loss and body composition goals, health limitations, and interests to design a plan just for you using inexpensive and easily available tools such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and stability balls so that the workouts can be easily replicated by you in your home. This allows you to never have to step foot into a large commercial gym.

- OUR METHOD
Our experience training literally hundreds of clients has provided us with some real-life insight into what works best to give people the results they want. Based on this, we developed unique 30-minute targeted metabolic resistance training (MRT) sessions, which we have found to work extremely well for individuals with very limited time who want to lose weight quickly while gaining muscle tone. Although not suitable for every individual, whenever possible this is the method we employ for quickest results.
The reasoning for this method is two-fold. While excellent for building muscle, traditional bodybuilding workouts generally fail to really push the metabolism into high gear because they typically only focus on one body part at a time and do not raise the heart rate considerably. And cardiovascular exercise, while excellent for burning calories and fat, fails to build any significant muscle, which is needed to raise the underlying basal metabolic rate, ensuring that more calories are burned throughout each and every day. Our targeted MRT workouts are intense sessions that use a hybrid-fusion of bodybuilding set and rep schemes in combination with an interval training twist to provide a true total body calorie-crushing workout. Using this method, you really don't need to spend hours in the gym to see meaningful results.
Although our targeted MRT workouts are always full body workouts, we emphasize a different muscle group each time on a rotation schedule to ensure there is enough volume and rest period to also achieve consistent muscle growth. Traditional MRT workouts miss this important element, leading to muscle growth stagnation.
Our clients typically burn between 300 to 400 calories in just one 30-minute session. Additionally, the majority of our targeted MRT workouts are spent in heart rate zones 3 to 5, which has been proven to be far more effective for weight loss due to the "after burn" affect, which can last for up to 36 hours after your workout.
